30 Minutes: $40

Thirty minute sessions are chosen when detailed work around a single mobility dysfunction and/or symptom of pain is needed, such as;

  • Carpal tunnel syndrome

  • TMJ disorders

  • Headaches

  • Shin Splints

  • Biceps Tendonitis

  • Hamstring Tendonitis

  • Frozen Shoulder (single shoulder)

  • Ankle mobility problems (single ankle)

60 Minutes: $65

Sixty minute sessions are chosen when detailed work is needed around two or three mobility dysfunctions and/or symptoms of pain, such as;

  • Hip pain, including; on the posterior gluteal region which presents with sciatica, piriformis syndrome and often a deep joint ache; on the anterior groin region which presents with tightness, and tilted pelvis, 

  • Knee pain

  • Low back pain; SI joint symptoms, lumbar spasms, fusions

  • Radiating pain 

  • Cervical pain due to whiplash, 'sleeping wrong', or fusions

90 Minutes: $85

Ninety minute sessions are chosen when detailed work is needed and roughly 3/4 of the body is in dysfunction and/or symptoms of pain, such as;

  • Several of the symptoms mentioned above, occurring at once or which chronically return in the same symptom pattern, even if aggravated at different times

  • Motor Vehicle Collision injuries can benefit greatly from the additional time during sessions, at least at the beginning of recovery. Impact injuries may initially cause traumatic muscular response throughout the entire spinal column (muscle spasm following the MVC, increasing levels of pain over time following MVC, decreased mobility with all symptoms potentially ranging from the hips to the neck. 

  • lymph-edema, swelling of tissue, due to; pregnancy, diabetes, circulatory disorders, surgery/recovery

120 Minutes: $110

Two hour sessions are chosen when detailed work is needed, or requested on the full body. This would be good to choose if a majority of the body is in dysfunction and/or symptoms of pain occurring, such as;

  • Several of the symptoms mentioned above, occurring at once or which chronically return in the same symptom pattern, even if aggravated at different times

  • Motor Vehicle Collision injuries can benefit greatly from the additional time during sessions, at least at the beginning of recovery. Impact injuries may initially cause traumatic muscular response throughout the entire spinal column (muscle spasm following the MVC, increasing levels of pain over time following MVC, decreased mobility with all symptoms potentially ranging from the hips to the neck.

  • Deep tissue - full body

  • Myofascial - full body
